Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using VPN Freeborn (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
VPN Freeborn is a connection management application that allows you to configure and connect to servers of your choice. The App supports multiple protocols including VLESS, VMess, Shadowsocks, Trojan, SOCKS5, and HTTP.
Important: We do not provide, operate, or control any servers. The App is a tool that connects to servers you configure. You are solely responsible for the servers you choose to use.
Your Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree that:
- You will only connect to servers you have authorization to use
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and configurations
- You understand that server performance and availability depend on your chosen servers, not on us
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit malware or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Engage in any activity that could harm minors
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of any systems or networks
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the security or reliability of any servers you connect to
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VPN Freeborn SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from your use of third-party servers
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your configurations
Third-Party Services
The App may enable you to connect to third-party servers. We are not responsible for:
- The availability, reliability, or performance of third-party servers
- The privacy practices of third-party server operators
- Any content accessed through third-party servers
- Any damages or losses resulting from your use of third-party servers
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VPN Freeborn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
